SYSTEMS THINKING TO THE RESCUE OF THE US ECONOMY

Good ideas never really die. In 1971, Stafford Beer and a team of Chilean and European systems scientists designed a Cybernetic system, CYBERSYN, with which President Salvadore Allende and his ministers could manage the Chilean economy in real time.
