I see the issue was that your account was split into two. this happened on the migration and likely was the result of a small difference in the contact or other information between the two sets of names. was there something in addition?

Its clear you don't get it. There was never any renewal difficulty at Domain Direct and you have not improved the service, you have made it harder to be a customer and whatever the error/discrepency was at your end, is irrelevant to me. Your renewal notice and the advice from the Help people, had a link or links, that didn't work. I was trying to renew gaianrevolution and it told me I only had gaiandemocracies, when in fact I have seven domains.
Making like hard for old customers is a management problem that you should be concerned to eliminate not - after a week and hours or my time and half an hour on the phone from Uruguay - offering useless non-information with a half-sneer.
It was only when I talked the excellent Shann through my difficulties that she 'got it' and found a way round your system's cul-de-sacs.
So, there's really nothing else, Elliot, unless, of course, you want to start to ask your ex- Domain Direct customers how to stop infuriating them and start delighting them.
I will be removing everything from your tender care as soon as I have a couple of hours to spare.
